By Jacinta Bowie. A close fitting beanie hat with cable details on turn up brim and a choice of fingerless or full finger gloves. The beanie has a traditional Gansey style stitch pattern and the gloves are stocking/stockinette stitch after a cable detail cuff.

TENSION/GAUGE:
29 sts and 39 rows to 10 cm/4 in meas over St st using 3 mm needles.
33 sts and 41 rows to 10 cm/4 in meas over pattern using 3.25 mm/US 3 needles.
Change needle size if necessary to ensure the correct tension.
